1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your preferred products, choose your size, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout and complete your payment securely.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments. All transactions are 100% secure and encrypted.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
4. Can I return or exchange my order?
We currently do not accept returns.
However, exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery, only for size-related issues and only once per order. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.
5. How do I request an exchange?
You can initiate an exchange by contacting our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order details. Our team will verify and approve eligible requests.
6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
In the rare case of a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images, and we’ll assist you promptly.
7. Are the products authentic?
Absolutely! Every item is 100% authentic Bukser merchandise, made with premium fabrics and original designs.
8. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on selected orders. Applicable charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India, but we’re working on expanding to international destinations soon.
